Samuel Canales, BSN, RN

Samuel Canales

With 12 years of nursing experience, including time in flight, emergency, and home infusion care. I've worked in settings ranging from rural communities to major urban centers and overseas. Throughout my career, I've seen both the strengths and shortcomings of our healthcare system. I believe one of the greatest opportunities for improvement lies in the delivering quality care at home; reducing hospital visits and helping patient achieve the best possible outcomes in the comfort of their homes.

Jonah Pregulman, MSN, RN

Jonah Pregulman

Jonah brings almost 10 years of nursing experience, including Emergency, Informatics, and Critical Care Transport. His interests include leveraging technology to improve outcomes and lowering the cost of healthcare. He is passionate in using technology to speed care and decrease frustration in a system that often adds needless steps and complexity.

They recognized a critical gap in home care services that often leads to unnecessary hospital visits, increased expenses, and delayed treatments. By improving in-home care, we enhance patient outcomes and improve lives.

North Peak Care was formed with the idea of streamlining the process and leveraging technology to ensure patients receive timely and high-quality care. Reducing costs to both the patient and the healthcare system while maintaining quality of care.
