Payments between providers and nurses facilitated through our platform must follow the terms set out during the contracting process. NorthPeak Care may use third-party payment processors and is not liable for delays or issues caused by such providers.

NorthPeak Care provides its platform “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising from interactions between providers and nurses.
7. Termination
